MENTAL HEALTH: 30 DAYS OF KINDNESS
In June 2019 I started a 30 days of kindness campaign to coincide with RAFT festival, where I began leaving postcards in random places around South Wales to spread awareness and start conversations about mental health.
My mother passed away a few days later and the project paused.
But I know she'd be telling me to carry on... So in August 2019 I hid free artwork around South Wales in the hope that it might brighten someone's day. (Oh and one in September!)
You can follow the project on Twitter here.

If you find a postcard of my artwork, pass it on to someone who could do with a little gift.
If you receive a postcode, it means someone is thinking of you!

Talking can be a lifesaver.
If you need someone to talk to, the Samaritans are available on 116 123 (UK) for free, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
